Bourbon Cherry Cranberry Sauce
We took the humble gelatinous cylinder-blob of your childhood and gave it an extreme culinary makeover. We started with whole cranberries and bing cherries and splashed in some Bourbon and Riesling (‘cause we’re grownups now, ya know). We wouldn’t blame you for eating it straight from the jar, because sometimes grownups do that, too.
INGREDIENTS: Cranberries, Bing Cherries, Date Syrup, Water, Zero-proof Bourbon, Cinnamon, Allspice Berries, Sea Salt, Verjus, Vanilla Bean Paste, Star Anise.
