Poblano Salsa Cremosa
We get it. Not everybody does the spice. Some people have oh-so-tender taste buds. Well, buds, this one's for you. We roasted some fresh poblanos to bring out their complexity and added just a pinch of jalapeño to give it a teensy-weensy little zing. Not enough to make it uncomfortable, just interesting. Even if you consider yourself a lightweight, you may be guzzling this one from the jar when no one's looking, and we wouldn't judge you, even if we can't believe you wore that outfit in public today.
